Dear Praktanis,

The 26th biennial reunion of the Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Narendrapur, will be held on December 25, 2024. Around 1,500 guests (ex-students and their family members and present and former teachers) are expected to attend the day-long programme. 

You will be glad to know that in a first, this year we have decided to set up welcome gates and stalls for sale and exhibition of various products on the day of the reunion. While the gates will be erected at several vantage locations on the campus, the stalls (totaling around 10 in number) will be set up in the mango grove opposite the Vidyalaya. We will be very glad if you join as in this endeavour and sponsor a welcome gate and/or a stall. Please find below the relevant rates: 

• Welcome Gate: Overhead or L-Type: Rs 25,000 per unit 
• Stalls: 3mtr X 3mtr: Rs 7,000 per unit; 3mtr X 6mtr: Rs 10,000 per unit 
• Exclusive Stage backdrop for cultural programme at the mango grove: Rs 1,00,000 
• Banner: 8ft X 4ft: Rs 1,500 per unit 
• Pillar: 4ft X 10ft: Rs 4,000 per unit 

Any other type of branding like cut-outs, registration counter backdrop etc can also be done at a reasonable charge. Please note that the fabrication of the welcome gates, banners or pillars are to be done by the advertiser at their cost. For stalls, we will provide a bamboo structure, tarpaulin cover with cloth covering, one table, two chairs & one light. Additional decoration and branding are to be done by the advertiser at their cost. We look forward to hearing from you.
